We can print vinyl banners in a wide range of sizes, from small tabletop banners to large outdoor banners for buildings or fences. Standard sizes include 2’x4’, 3’x6’, 4’x8’, but we can print custom sizes up to 16′ wide to fit your specific needs.

Our banners are available in several material options:

• 13 oz. scrim vinyl – Great for most indoor and outdoor applications
• 18 oz. heavy-duty vinyl – Ideal for double-sided banners and long-term outdoor use
• Mesh vinyl – Perfect for windy areas, allowing air to pass through

We offer a variety of finishing options, including:

• Hems – Reinforced stitched or welded edges to prevent fraying
• Grommets – Metal rings added to the edges for hanging with rope, bungee cords, or hooks
• Pole Pockets – Loops for inserting poles, ideal for street or hanging banners
• Wind Slits – Semi-circular cuts that help reduce wind strain
• Banner Stands – Optional for indoor or temporary displays

The lifespan of a banner depends on several factors:

• Material Quality: Standard vinyl banners typically last 2–5 years. Heavy-duty vinyl may last longer with proper care. Mesh banners usually last 1–3 years.
• Sun Exposure: UV rays can fade banners over time. We use solvent-based, UV-resistant inks to extend the lifespan.
• Weather Conditions: Wind, rain, snow, and extreme temperatures can wear down a banner. Wind slits and proper mounting can help mitigate damage.
• Location: Banners in sheltered areas tend to last longer than those in fully exposed locations.

Installation methods depend on how your banner is finished:

• Grommeted banners can be hung with zip ties, rope, bungee cords, or hooks.
• Pole pocket banners slide over rods or poles for taut hanging.
• Banner stands are great for trade shows and indoor displays.

We’re happy to provide zip ties on request and walk you through the best installation method for your setup.

Yes! We can print double-sided banners using 18 oz. vinyl. You can have the same design on both sides or different artwork on each. These are perfect for pole-mounted or hanging banners where visibility from both directions is important.

Our standard turnaround time is 5–7 business days, but rush printing is available if you need it faster. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to meet it.
