Our planet

A triple bottom line approach

At YellowDog, we believe that we have a responsibility to improve our environment through our business practices and community interactions. It isn’t just about profit – our bottom line includes people and the planet as well.

Earth-friendly print product options

We’re happy to consult on how to make your print project as earth-friendly as possible. Whether your business is trying to meet environmental certification criteria, measure the carbon impact of your print assets, or build responsible print sourcing into your brand, we’re here to help! We can recommend and provide any percentage of post-consumer waste (PCW) paper stocks, design fully-recyclable product packaging, advise on paper-based and easy-to-recycle signage options, and even recycle your coroplast signage with our yard sign take-back program.

When you print with YellowDog, you can rest assured that we’re using eco-solvent inks for every project, keeping our impact top of mind, and holding our production facility to green standards set by the city of Denver and the state of Colorado.

Some of our sustainability initiatives:

YellowDog is Certifiably Green Denver

Sustainability isn’t just a trend—it’s the right thing to do. Certifiably Green Denver gives a tail wag to businesses that are reducing waste and treading lighter on the planet. YellowDog proudly earned this certification for our ongoing efforts to make our operations more sustainable—proof that doing good for the Earth is just good business.

YellowDog is a Colorado Green Business Network Silver Achiever

The Colorado Green Business Network (CGBN) recognizes businesses making real strides toward sustainability. As a Silver Achiever, YellowDog is showing that we can fetch results for clients while leaving a smaller pawprint on the planet.

Impact MBA Fellowship Program - College of Business, CSU

Colorado State University’s College of Business runs its top-ranked Impact MBA Fellowship Program to help companies make real strides toward sustainability. In 2022, YellowDog was thrilled to welcome a fellowship pup into our pack—an Impact MBA candidate who completed 400 hours of sustainability consulting and hands-on implementation to help us shrink our environmental pawprint.
